I’m so over you.
"𝗜'𝗺 𝘀𝗼 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂."
And yet, as you say that, it keeps spinning in your mind:
🕶️You’re mentally cussing them out every time they pop up in your thoughts.
🕶️Your mood tanks because their actions or words still get under your skin.
🕶️You’re furious, but you don’t know how to release that anger.
𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘵, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘵.
Because if you were truly done:
✌️They wouldn’t keep showing up in your thoughts, replaying over and over.
✌️They wouldn’t be able to control your mood anymore, no matter what they do.
✌️That simmering anger would have disappeared.
All those emotions—anger, frustration—they’re not “bad” or “wrong.” They’re life. They’re trying to tell you something: there’s a deep wound or old pattern that needs to be seen and healed.
But no matter how many times you vent or wish it away, if you don’t address the energetic dynamics at play, it’s not going anywhere. In fact, the more you fight it, the stronger that resistance grows (the law of energy).
So, instead of pushing back, ask yourself:
🔦 What old pattern or energy does this person bring up for me?
🔦 What is it about this person that triggers me—what is it showing me I want more or less of in my life?
🔦 What’s the lesson here? What does life want me to see in this situation, where I’ve maybe been stuck for too long?
That internal struggle only shifts when you’re truly (energetically) done with something. That’s where the real freedom lies.
Once you explore this, they can truly stop haunting your thoughts. ⛓️💥
𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄?
Someone who can trigger you with just a look or a comment?
Or maybe they do things that really cut deep, leaving you feeling powerless, frustrated, or angry?
Are you ready to get real about what they’re actually triggering in you—and what you need to let go of so you can step into who you truly are?
Send me a DM – I’d love to explore this with you and help you find the freedom and peace you truly desire.
